What is it?

autolock is a small daemon for the N810 that uses the ambient light sensor to automatically lock the touchscreen and keys when covered.

Why?

The N770 had a hard case that would lock the device and put it in low power mode when covered. With autolock, the N810 can simply be slipped into its case when not being used, similarly to the N770.

How to use it

Whenever the ambient light sensor is covered (or there is no light), the N810 will lock the touch screen and keys. There are two ways this behavior is disabled:

1. The keyboard is open. Re-enable by closing the keyboard.
2. The lock switch is pressed. Re-enable by pressing it again.

That's all there is to it. There are no configuration files or settings.
